Wedding Package
We offer one thoughtfully designed, inclusive wedding package to simplify your planning and bring your day together seamlessly.
Number of Guests
Country Loft accommodates up to 160 guests, offering an intimate yet spacious setting for your wedding or event.
Venue
Enjoy an outdoor ceremony space nestled beneath large trees and a covered outdoor reception area complete with fans and a bar area, along with two bathrooms. Our loft is also available as a backup ceremony space in case of inclement weather, but is not included for general use in the rental. Please note The Loft holds up to 130 guests with ceremony-style seating.
Venue Access
Enjoy two-day venue access with setup and rehearsal available from 8:00am to 9:00pm the day before, followed by full wedding day access from 8:00am to 12:30am.
Tables & Seating
Reception seating includes 22 tables with white chairs, with brown chairs available at an additional cost.
Draping & Lighting
All-white draping throughout the venue, including the head table, paired with warm string lighting for a soft, romantic atmosphere.
Wedding Ceremony Amenities
Ceremony arch, benches, and signing table provided for a complete wedding ceremony setup.
Bridal Suite
A private, comfortable space to get ready and relax, featuring a three-person vanity, cozy seating, TV, changing area, and refrigerator.
Kitchen & Prep Area
Full kitchen and prep area with extra refrigerators for convenient food and beverage service.
Outdoor Amenities
Outdoor amenities include cocktail tables and a seating area with a propane fireplace with propane provided. The space also features Ceremony Entrance Doors, elegant freestanding doors positioned at the aisle for the bride to make a grand entrance at the start of the ceremony.
Audio Equipment
Portable audio equipment includes two speakers with microphones for easy sound setup.
Investment $3,500
Booking & Payment
To secure your date, a $500 deposit is required at the time of signing your agreement. Your chosen date will remain open until this deposit is received. This deposit is applied toward your total rental balance and confirms your booking.

A second $500 damage deposit is also required. This deposit is held separately and will be returned to you 7 days after your wedding, provided the terms of the agreement are met. The remaining balance and the $500 damage deposit are both due 14 days before your wedding day. We accept cash, e-transfer, and cheque as payment methods.
